🌕 Whispers to the Moon
Saturday November 8th, 6:30-8:30pm
with

Beneath the radiant glow of the full moon, we gather in sacred space to honor cycles of release, renewal, and inner illumination. Whispers to the Moon is an intimate, soul-nourishing evening that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and attune to lunar rhythms through a thoughtfully woven tapestry of healing practices.

Your Journey May Include ~
Based on the intuitive guidance of the collective and the astrological influences of the moon, your experience may flow through some or all of the following:

• Tarot / Oracle Card Pulls – Set intentions and receive intuitive messages.

• Tea Ceremony – A grounding, heart-opening ritual to arrive fully in the present moment and connect with the energy of the group.

• Breathwork & Yin / Restorative Postures – Gently unwind the body and calm the nervous system.

• Fire Release Ritual – Transmute what no longer serves under the moonlight.

• Water Release Ceremony – Cleanse, soften, and flow forward with grace.

• Sound & Vibrational Therapy – The use of tuning forks and Himalayan bowls placed on the body to harmonize the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and invite deep somatic relaxation.

• Essential Oils & Reiki – Energetic support to open subtle pathways and enhance relaxation.

• Immersive Sound Journey – A closing experience that invites stillness, clarity, and connection with the lunar current.

This gathering is designed to restore balance, clear energetic residue, and create space for intuitive insight. No prior experience is needed — simply bring your presence, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to release and receive.

We are honored and thrilled to welcome Ben Kalra November 22–23 to BambooMoves! Space is limited, so please register early—a waitlist will open once we’re full.

Join us for a 10 hour in-person training led by guest teacher , where we’ll immerse into Katonah Yoga® and Classical Yoga Philosophy. This course is open to teachers and practitioners of all levels. We’ll dive into extended practices with breakdowns and adjustments, as well as modern approaches to ancient philosophical wisdom.

Many of us connect so deeply with Yoga because we know there’s something more. Yoga is not just movement, nor is it just philosophy. Yoga is the embodiment of theory through practice. We’ll look at the bigger picture – backbends open the frame for the lungs, forward bends create space for the kidneys, props offer scaffolding, adjustments offer new perspective, and our breath invites the imagination.

Expect to refine your practice, discover new approaches to familiar poses, and find joy through communal practice. We’ll break down alignment, transitions, techniques, and the reasons why we do what we do. We’ll gain insight and appreciation for Yoga’s roots through study of the sacred texts including the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita.

10 CEUs for teachers registered on Yoga Alliance; 5 hours bankable toward your Katonah Yoga® certification.

Please visit www.bmyogacincy.com and click on”offerings” to view the schedule for the weekend and to sign up.

Deep Release at the Bamboo Forest
with Tasha Leonard and Lindsey Beitz

Saturday September 6th, 6:00-8:30pm

Step into the stillness of nature and allow yourself to soften, surrender, and reset.

This special Deep Release Experience takes place in the heart of a serene bamboo forest—a sacred, living temple where the whispers of the wind become part of the healing.

Let the forest hold what you’re ready to release.

The natural resonance of the bamboo, the filtered sunlight, and the quiet rustling of the forest will enhance your experience—bringing you into deeper alignment with the rhythms of the earth and your own inner wisdom.

✨ Please bring a yoga mat, bolster, pillow, blanket, or anything else you need to feel fully supported during your time on the forest floor.

✨ YIN YOGA TRAINING ✨
With Megan Cannon

Sunday September 14th and 21st, 12:00-6:00pm

Yin yoga is a meditative, floor-based practice that nourishes the body’s connective tissues and calms the nervous system. In these immersive trainings, you’ll explore the philosophy, benefits, and structure of Yin yoga while learning to teach with intention and presence. Whether you’re deepening your personal practice or learning to guide others, you’ll uncover how to embody stillness and inspire it in those around you.

This training is eligible for continued education credits through Yoga Alliance.

Understanding Yin Class 1
Sunday, Sept 14th, 12-6pm

Yin is a quiet, meditative yoga practice that nourishes the connective tissues in the body with long held, floor based poses, supported by yoga props like bolsters, blocks and blankets. Benefits of this practice include: increased joint mobility and flexibility, regulation of the nervous system, present moment awareness and a deeper connection with self.

This is a comprehensive training that will deepen your understanding of the principles of yin yoga. Students will immerse themselves in the practice of yin yoga, learning the philosophy and history behind the practice, the benefits of yin yoga and how to successfully teach and structure their own yin yoga class.

Embodi Yin Class 2
Sunday, Sept 21st, 12-6pm

This training is all about how to live and find more stillness in your energy body as you explore Yin. As a teacher you will create sequences and how to work with injury and keep the mind present during a yin practice. Not only will you explore how you can embody more yin but encourage your students, clients, and friends as well.

Recommend taking Understanding Yin as a prerequisite.
