Lately, we’ve been thinking a lot about how it’s hard to slow down. Even when we want to rest, it’s like the world doesn’t know how to let us. So we created a space for that. For rest, for rhythm, for remembering how to soften.

Rhythms of Renewal is a gentle wellness workshop we are hosting on Saturday, Nov. 1st (8:00-5:00) to help us reconnect with the slower parts of ourselves…the ones that know how to breathe, how to listen, how to be.

We will move through:
-intention setting
-connecting and dropping into our body
-the rhythm of our breath
-the power of our minds
-the safety and community of love and kindness
