I started my own personal soul search in 2020, during our worldwide pandemic. As I yearned for more challenges and insights within my personal life, I knew there was a new venture out there. I became extremely passionate about both holistic health and wellness practices and decided to become certified through a world-recognized educational program, Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I just had to share this sneak peek of where we’ll be spending our days slowing down, reconnecting, and soaking in all the beauty this place has to offer.

This retreat has been such a labor of love and I already know it’s going to be something truly special — for both the individuals attending and for me.

We’re so grateful… ✨
for such a beautiful night of creativity and connection at our Empowered Women Gather to Craft event.

Stamped jewelry, laughter, and amazing women all in one room — truly our favorite combination.

Thank you to every woman who showed up, created something with her hands, and shared her energy with the group.

🔥🐴 Year feels personal.
I’ve dreamt of owning a horse since I was a little girl.

There’s something about them that’s always felt familiar… grounding… like a quiet remembering.

Anytime I’m around horses, I feel instantly connected. I’ve even been told I look comfortable on a horse, like I know how to move with them, not against them. And honestly? That feels true, hence why they’re my favorite animal.

I already know I’ll be riding at least once this year.🐎✨

Feels like the universe is saying:
Yes, this dream still matters.

Here’s to a lunar year of fire, freedom, & following the things that make my soul feel at home. Watch out, because this energy feels fierce, unapologetic, yet soft all at the same time.

Today reminded me that life doesn’t move in straight lines… it moves in waves.

And you don’t have to label the whole day by its hardest moment… just like you don’t have to ignore the hard parts because something good happened.
