1/3 of the way there! 💫

I’ve officially completed Part 1 of my 3-part coaching program, which is one step closer to sitting for my National Board Exam next Spring.

This chapter has stretched me in many new ways, reminded me of my “why,” and reignited my passion for serving others in relocating their healthiest, happiest selves.

to Certified Health Coach & Wellness Retreat Leader

I wanted to say hello again, since it’s been awhile.

🤲🏻 Welcome to all the new faces here and thank you for your continued endless support; family, friends, clients & community.

For nearly two decades, my world revolved around creating beautiful spaces — designing, styling, and curating experiences that caught the eye. I loved the creativity and fast pace, but somewhere along the way, I realized something was missing… me.

My own health and well-being had slipped to the bottom of the list. I was exhausted, running on caffeine, adrenaline and craving something deeper — something that nourished more than just what was seen on the surface.

That was my turning point. I decided to pivot — to make my own wellness my top priority and to help others do the same.

Today, as a Certified Health Coach, I support women and young teen girls in reconnecting with themselves — body, mind, and spirit — so they can feel grounded, vibrant, and truly alive again. I also support all in pausing, disconnecting & relocating their true selves by retreating around thr world. I have such a passion for being a Wellness Retreat Leader as well.
