Starting this weekend, SATURDAY MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS are now available!!

Barbie Byrnes, FNP-BC is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from Cumberland University School of Nursing in 2003 and earned a Masters of Science in Nursing from Carson Newman University in 2021.

She has previous nursing experience in ICU, ER, IV therapy, oncology, and surgery. As a nurse practitioner, she has had focuses in primary care, urgent care, ER, and acute care hospitalist.

Barbie has had an interest in functional medicine for approximately 10 years due to her own experience and meeting the need of her youngest child with numerous health conditions. She is passionate about preventative healthcare, hormone balance, and weight management as she has personally struggled with insulin resistance and hormone disruption.
