Body Kneads Etc. was first established in 2010 and has grown into not only being a spa, but a coffee shop & healthy cafe, along with a fitness center that provides group classes and personal training.

Body Kneads Etc. is dedicated to educating the public on the benefits of massage therapy and promoting health and wellness for the entire family. Our goal is to partner with clients utilizing touch therapy as a means to promote healing and relaxation.

Our mission is to provide our community with ways to enrich their lives through functional fitness, nutrition, and spa therapies all while giving excellent customer service.

Body Kneads Etc. was created by co-owners and mother daughter duo, Julie Miller-Wilson & Heather Hull. If they are not in the spa, you will most likely find Heather in the Fitness Center coaching and training others and Julie's passion for food, wine and coffee will bring her into the coffee shop testing and tasting!
