Good Tuesday morning. I'm sorry that I doid not post yesterday but Sunday afternoon-night was not good. I wasn't feeling well & I slept more than I usually do. I slept until 12:30am, when Todd woke me up for meds and my Ostomy bag was leaking really bad. So Todd had to change it, then I woke up in pain at 4am in̈ pain. I ĥad a pretty rough morning, and then realized that I have another urinary tract infection, so I'm on antibiotics again. I cannot get away from infections, so I have a Cystocopy procedure on the 28th, they're gonna go up my urethra & into my bladder to check & see why I'm having so many infections. It’s an outpatient procedure that only takes 20 minutes & shouldn't be painful. Hopefully it will give some answers to what's been going on. I would appreciate your prayers for the 28th.
Today don't have anything going on. I didn't get out of my recliner yesterday, because of how bad I felt. I have faith that God will always take care of me & help me through every situation🙏
Todd is in the middle of taking a 30 hour OSHA test, for his big Meta job that starts on the 13th. He was off yesterday & stayed in his truck all day, on his work iPad doing the test. He has to focus 100% so he can pass it th 1st time. Þhat also allowed Vanessa to still come and take care of me. God is Good ♥️🙏♥️

«God’s Got This. God’s Got You.

Hopelessness says: “There are no solutions to my problems.”

GOD SAYS: “For nothing will be impossible with God” -Luke 1:37 .

Life can deliver some hard blows. Maybe you’re dealing with one right now. Or maybe your own choices led you to a dead end, and you can’t find a way out. Maybe the medical diagnosis is harsh, or the debt is overwhelming, or the relationship just gets worse. Whatever it is, it’s not too big for God to solve. Nothing is too big for God.

Look at the problem of our sin: God is holy, and we are sinful. Because He loves us, He wants us near Him and wants to give us life, but our sin – which carries the price of death – separates us from Him. He can’t let sin go unpaid for, but if we pay, we’re forever separated from Him. It seems hopelessly unsolvable. But Jesus. God the Son came to Earth as a man to die in our place for our sins. Price paid. Problem solved. We receive life and can come near to God – because of Jesus’ sacrifice. We only need to accept it.

Nothing is impossible for God. He can miraculously solve your problem. He can show you a way to walk, step by step, out of the situation. He can help you along the way.

Consider Isaiah 43:19:
“Behold, I am going to do something new, Now it will spring up; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, Rvers in the desert.”

God is able to change your situation. He can create a roadway where there is none and take you right out of your problem. He is also able to make a river in your desert to strengthen you and help you through it. Sometimes, that’s actually the more loving thing – hard as it is to hear. That’s because it has the power to draw you closer to Him, and that’s where your heart’s true desires can be met – in Him. Either way, He invites you close, invites you to trust Him, to feel His love and know that He’s got this. He’s got you.

Prayer
Lord God, no problem is too big that You can’t solve. Strengthen me to trust You and know that You only have good things at heart for me – best of all, Your presence."

Good Resurrection Sunday morning! So we're meeting at church, as a whole family, +1. It's such an amazing day. We'll be getting together after church for lunch, then maybe playing games & hanging out. We'll have an amazing dinner & dessert, that my parents ordered us. We are so grateful for our family. We continually celebrate how thankful we are for Jesus dying on the cross for our sins. Thank you God, for sending your Son. "Because He lives, all fear is gone; Because I know He holds the future, and life is worth the living, just because He lives!"🎶💜🙏🏼💜🎶

"Come, See, Go and Tell

Imagine standing at the empty tomb, where Mary Magdalene and the other Mary discovered the breathtaking truth of the Resurrection. As they approached, their hearts heavy with grief, they encountered the unexpected—a rolled-away stone, an angel and the declaration that changed everything: “He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.” These words, filled with hope and triumph, reverberate through time, inviting us into a story of life restored and hope renewed.

In our lives, we often find ourselves in silent Saturdays—moments between despair and breakthrough, when dreams seem dead, and hope feels distant. But Easter reminds us that Sunday always comes. The power of the Resurrection proclaims that no situation is beyond God's ability to transform.

The angel’s invitation to “come and see” is one we must embrace daily. It calls us to step close, to witness for ourselves the transformative power of Jesus. As we see, we are then commissioned to “go and tell.” Christine Caine has said, “Jesus has commissioned us to come and see for ourselves and then go into a lost and broken world and declare loudly that he is alive.”

Sharing the good news isn’t just a task but a privilege, carrying the hope of a risen Savior into our broken world. Let us live Resurrection lives—empowered, hope-filled and unafraid—knowing that because he lives, we can face tomorrow.

Prayer:
“Jesus, please help me be faithful to come and see and go and tell. Help me share the good news with boldness and love to the world around me. Help me to see the people who need to hear about you. In your name I pray, amen.”

Matthew 28:6
He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay."

Good Saturday morning! Good morning to sleep in. Good day to rest, relax and do nothing. At least that's what I can say. Todd's gonna spend most of the day studying for Osha, which he already did. But now, with this new job, they want him to do it again. Thank God that he gets paid for doing it, because it's gonna take days to complete. That's definitely a blessing right now
God is always there, HE always knows what we need. I am so grateful for Todd right now. He always helps me to get back to a good mental place. I have so many times where I just break down. I struggle constantly with being positive and thinking positive. I know it should be easy because I am so blessed. There's so many things that I do not deserve.
But I'm mourning so many things that I used to be able to do and cant anymore. The devil knows that and he uses it continually, to attack me.
I'm gonna try to look up constantly. Be in the Bible, doing devotional & praying that God helps me to stay in a good place, mentally🙏
Thank you all for your constant prayers and support. You help me more than you know. I appreciate you more than I can explain 💞🙏💞

"Witnessing the burial of a loved one is a confronting reality. Seeing their body lowered into the ground can unleash the floodgates of loss and grief. They are gone, they are buried, and it is all so final. How can this be and how will I cope?

In his account of the burial of Jesus, Luke focuses on what happened with analytical attention to the details. He’s not being indifferent to the expression of emotions that comes with loss (Luke 23:48) but it is not his primary focus here. Luke was a ‘get our facts straight and our theology clear’ kind of guy.

What are the facts? Firstly, Jesus did not appear to die; He really did die and was buried. A real man called Joseph received Jesus’ physical body from Pilate, a real Roman ruler who handed Jesus over to be crucified. Jesus’ real body was taken down from a physical cross, wrapped in a shroud and placed in a tomb, cut in stone. This all happened on a real day in the Jewish calendar — the day of Preparation. The burial of Jesus was also witnessed by the women who had been with Jesus since Galilee.

Secondly, it is significant that Jesus was buried in a tomb “where no one had ever yet been laid”. In most cases, those who died by crucifixion were buried in public graves alongside other people. The empty tomb is key evidence of Jesus’ resurrection.

There are many particular details that Luke chooses to include in his account of Jesus’ burial that are worth paying attention to. They point to the sovereignty and power of God to establish His kingdom through the death of Jesus. They also point us to the hope we have in a God who is able to raise the dead to new life, turn mourning into joy, and work all things for His glory.

Today, ponder this: These details about Jesus are the means the Holy Spirit uses to bring us to faith in Jesus and keep us close to Him! Read 1 Corinthians 15:1-6 out loud for further encouragement."

1 Corinthians 15:1-6
[1] Let me now remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then, and you still stand firm in it.
[2] It is this Good News that saves you if you continue to believe the message I told you—unless, of course, you believed something that was never true in the first place.
[3] I passed on to you what was most important and what had also been passed on to me. Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said.
[4] He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said.
[5] He was seen by Peter and then by the Twelve.
[6] After that, he was seen by more than 500 of his followers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have died.

Good "Good Friday" morning💜 It's the Friday before Resurrection Sunday. So it is a Good Friday. Friday is always awesome, but today is one of the best Fridays. With Spring comes Resurrection Sunday, Easter, & its a joyful celebration for Christians. 2 days before that celebration, we need to observe another Holy day: Good Friday. Good Friday is the day Christians commemorate the suffering and ex*****on of Jesus, for our sins 💜 Today is a day that we need to be grateful to God. He sent his son, Jesus, to die a painful death, on the cross, for us💞🙏💞 Thank you Lord 🙏

"What Is Good Friday, and Why Do We Celebrate It?

Good Friday is significant because Jesus endured every terrible aspect, to give hope to the whole world. Jesus' final words on the cross were, “It is finished” (John 19:30,). Although it seems at first glance that humans were in control of Jesus' punishment, Jesus could have stopped the process at any time."
- Reader's Digest

"What happened to Jesus on Good Friday?

Good Friday is not just an important date on the Christian calendar—it is the day Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was crucified at Golgotha in Jerusalem. It marks the moment when Christ took upon Himself the sin of the world, was nailed to a Roman cross, and willingly died so that humanity could be reconciled with God.Apr 8, 2025"

John 19:16-30

The Crucifixion

[16] Then Pilate turned Jesus over to them to be crucified. So they took Jesus away.
[17] Carrying the cross by himself, he went to the place called Place of the Skull (in Hebrew, Golgotha).
[18] There they nailed him to the cross. Two others were crucified with him, one on either side, with Jesus between them.
[19] And Pilate posted a sign on the cross that read, “Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews.”
[20] The place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and the sign was written in Hebrew, Latin, and Greek, so that many people could read it.
[21] Then the leading priests objected and said to Pilate, “Change it from ‘The King of the Jews’ to ‘He said, I am King of the Jews.’”
[22] Pilate replied, “No, what I have written, I have written.”
[23] When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they divided his clothes among the four of them. They also took his robe, but it was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom.
[24] So they said, “Rather than tearing it apart, let’s throw dice for it.” This fulfilled the Scripture that says, “They divided my garments among themselves and threw dice for my clothing.” So that is what they did.

The Death of Jesus

[25] Standing near the cross were Jesus’ mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary (the wife of Clopas), and Mary Magdalene.
[26] When Jesus saw his mother standing there beside the disciple he loved, he said to her, “Dear woman, here is your son.”
[27] And he said to this disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from then on this disciple took her into his home.
[28] Jesus knew that his mission was now finished, and to fulfill Scripture he said, “I am thirsty.”
[29] A jar of sour wine was sitting there, so they soaked a sponge in it, put it on a hyssop branch, and held it up to his lips.
[30] When Jesus had tasted it, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.

Good Thursday morning, good 1 day closer to the weekend. I have no plans today, l'll just keep cat-napping all day. We thought that it was because of antibiotics, but i've been off of them for days and I'm still cat napping. I guess we will figure it out some day. I stopped doing monthly steroid infusions, thinking that was causing it. I'm still constantly falling asleep. I'm still so swollen, and I don't know how to get rid of that. I took water pills for a month and it did not clear anything up! I'm praying for better days ahead. Only God can take away whatever is going on with me. No matter what I do or what I try, it doesn't work. God is the great HEALER & I Trust in Him! I have FAITH in his PERFECT will for me❤️🙏🏼❤️

"Hope for This Very Day

Sometimes, life’s hardships can weary even the strongest Believers. They can slowly drain from us the hope of a brighter tomorrow here on Earth.

Clinically defined, hopelessness is “a loss of confidence that future events or occurrences will be positive” (Medical Dictionary). Hopelessness is described as a state in which someone sees limited options, or none at all, to change their current situation, and they can’t muster the energy to act on their own behalf.

Regardless of why your hope candle is flickering, know this: God is the Master Hope Giver – not just for the ultimate hope of Heaven, but also for you today, right here, right now. And He doesn’t reserve His hope only for those who haven’t made a mess of their lives.

In fact, God sent the greatest gift of hope – Jesus – to us while we were at our very worst, in the full depth of our sin. Romans 5:8 tells us that “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Messiah died for us” (Romans 5:8). God loves us without holding back, and He dispenses hope in the same way.

Hopelessness has its own language, it's discouraging negativity can send us spiraling into despair. We need weapons to fight against it. Ephesians 6:17 says that our weapon is the Word of God.

Take this hope into your heart:

●God loves you just where/how you are

●One day, He will wipe away every tear

●The glory we’ll see then will outweigh life’s suffering

●God is able to fill you with hope as you trust Him

●He is with you in the midst of your situation

Read the scriptures below and cling to the Lord. Cling to what is good.

Prayer
Father, please help our friend receive Your hope and know that You are for them. Cause Your hope to settle deep into their soul. Help them cling to You and to every good thing in their day as a sign of Your great love. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

Romans 8:38-39
[38] And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love.
[39] No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Revelation 21:4
[4] He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All ⁹ things are gone forever.”

Romans 8:18
[18] Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.

Romans 15:13
[13] I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Isaiah 41:10
[10] Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

Deuteronomy 13:4
[4] Serve only the Lord your God and fear him alone. Obey his commands, listen to his voice, and cling to him.

Romans 12:9
[9] Don’t just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good.

Good midweek, Wednesday, morning.
Yesterday was a good day, until it wasn't. I had my Urology appointment to change my catheter hose. The nurse practitioner that changed my hose had to actually pull it out twice, and put it in twice, before she got it right. She also made a mess all over me, so I had to change my clothes when we got home. Then, changing my clothes is never fun. It's always VERY painful. I ended up having another mental breakdown that Todd brought me out of, because he's pretty awesome!! I'm praying that today is a better day. I am so blessed with the family that God blessed me with! My WONDERFUL husband & my AWESOME parents, help me through every single day. I am blessed❤️🙏❤️

"Easter Is for Second Chances

But he said to them, "Do not be alarmed. You seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He is risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him. But go, tell His disciples—and Peter—that He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you."
—Mark 16:6–7

Do you need a second chance today? On the first Easter morning, Peter needed one. There in the Upper Room, he had insisted that he would never deny Christ. But just as Jesus had predicted, Peter not only denied the Lord, but he denied Him three times. The last glimpse Peter had of Jesus before His crucifixion was in the glow of the fire in the high priest’s courtyard, where he actually made eye contact with Jesus. And then he went out and wept bitterly.

What kind of look do you think Jesus gave Peter when their eyes met? Do you think it was one of those I-told-you-so looks? Do you think it was one of scorn, as if to say, “How could you betray Me?” I don’t think it was either one. I think it was a look of love, a look of compassion that said, “I still love you, Peter.” And I believe that is why Peter went out and wept bitterly. He had failed the Lord so miserably. He probably thought there was no hope for him.

But then a message went out from the empty tomb that Jesus had risen, followed by these instructions, “Go, tell His disciples—and Peter. . . ” It was not, “Go tell the disciples, including Peter, James, and John. . .” It was just Peter, because Peter needed a special word of encouragement.

Do you need encouragement today? Maybe you have fallen short. You didn’t plan on it, but it happened. And like Peter, maybe you ended up with the wrong people in the wrong place at the wrong time, ultimately doing the wrong thing.

God gave Peter a second chance. And He will give you one, too—because Easter is for the person who needs a second chance."

Tuesday, March 31, 2026

Good Tuesday morning. I cannot believe It's the last day of March and then it's on onward to April 1, 1 of my favorite months of the year. Todd & I will be celebrating our 29th wedding Anniversary, April 19th. I always love this time of year. Spring is always ap beautiful outdoor rebirth. I love my husband so much, but I love how we can celebrate our love even more, every year. Everything that we have gone through together has only brought us closer together. And has grown our love for each other.
I found out yesterday that I was gonna have to go today, to get my suprapubic catheter hose changed. I also oʻĺ get a procedure to check my bladder, to find out why I have had so many infections. It's called a bladder cystoscopy. It only takes 5 - 20 minutes, but I have to lay on my back so that will not be fun. I will have to be drugged pretty hard for it to work properly. Todd will have to take off work to take me. But that's something that has to be done, to make sure the structure of my bladder is not messed up & causing the infections. I'm praying that we all have a wonderful Tuesday, that's safe & calm 💞🙏🏼💞

"A Greater Miracle
Today I want to share with you the story of Jairus’ daughter, a story you may have or haven’t heard. Jairus at the time was the synagogue leader, and his daughter was dying. In desperation he set aside his position, ran to Jesus, and on his knees he pleaded: “My daughter is dying. Come and lay your hands on her, that she may live.”

The Lord could have said, "I can't right now, I'm busy with the crowd," but no, He went with Jairus. On the way to his house, the woman with the issue of blood appeared, and she was healed of her torment by touching the hem of his garment. Later, we see how she explains what she was living and tells him that she only touched his garment, yet He felt power coming out of him, because that is my Jesus. Pure power, mercy, and love.

When the Lord is finally able to continue on his way to Jairus's house, Jairus's servants come out to meet them and say, "Your daughter is dead; why bother the Master any longer?" Imagine for a moment what went through Jairus's mind. If the Lord had hurried, if he had been three minutes earlier, his daughter wouldn’t have died. But that's when the Lord gives him a word that is also for you reading this plan: "Do not be afraid, only believe." The Lord was telling him "Don't be afraid, Jairus because I have better news for you. Even though your daughter is dead, I will raise her up."

A healing is so much different compared to a miracle of resurrection, hence why it was so important for this to be recorded in three of the Gospels. Although this man had a reputation and was the leader of the synagogue, he didn't care and went to seek the Lord for he knew the answer was found in Jesus. He knew that Jesus was the Son of God so he fell at his feet and begged him to come with him. What a glorious miracle Jairus received that day.

God was looking for an opportunity to bless Jairus beyond his request. God is never late!"

Monday, March 30, 2026

Good Monday morning, good last day of my antibiotics. I'm so happy & excited that I'm gonna be off of antibiotic. It's affected me so bad, with so much more pain & sleeping all the time! It's also causing me to be more emotional than I already was. Sunday was a good day, going to church, then going to lunch with my son & by the store. I literally went home for 30 mins & then went to Life Group at church, for the1st time. Life Group was GREAT & then we went home. I went to my recliner, and immediately fell asleep for hours. I woke up to take pills, & went right back to sleep. I originally had a hair appointment, to touch up my roots & a Urology appointment. I ended up canceling both of those, to reschedule them. I'm not feeling well & Todd needs to finish up a job that he is working on. I have to wait until 8 am to call both of my places, to reschedule. I'm hoping & praying that this time will last longer than 1 week without antibiotics 💞🙏🏼💞

"Well Loved

The care of a loving parent is powerful. A loving parent always seeks what is best for their child, empowers their child to grow, and provides safety and protection when needed. Confidence in your parents’ love gives you a firm foundation, and healthy family connections provide a safe harbor for growth. While you might know what a good parent should do, you might not have seen it firsthand. Whether or not you experienced that kind of love in your early years, you have a heavenly Father who loves you perfectly.

Just as a parent knows the tufts of their child’s hair, the shade of their eyes, or the shape of their hands, God is intimately aware of you. He reads the pages of your heart like an open book. He knows each of your thoughts, and he sees the journey you will embark on. Nothing about you surprises him! He is not shocked by your sins or swayed by your status or success. He loves you simply because you are his child. You cannot convince him to love you more, and you cannot diminish his opinion of you. When he looks at you, he sees someone who is made in his image and is a delight to his heart.

If you struggle to accept God’s lovingkindness, allow your heart to be changed by the Word. Speak truth over yourself and ask God to give you confidence in his love. This is a prayer that God loves to answer. As you walk hand in hand with him, he will faithfully build up your sense of security and trust. Experiencing his love is something God definitively wants for each of his children, including you.

God wants you to know the security of his affection and the sense of empowerment that comes from his love. He is intimately aware of you, and he longs to affirm and equip you. He knows you better than anyone else, and he offers you all the love and acceptance you need. He is ready and waiting for you to respond to him. Each day you have an opportunity to embrace his love for you and be strengthened by his presence."
