Join us for a Community Health Fair on Friday, March 20th from 1:00–3:00 PM at the Multipurpose Building on the Winona School Campus.

Come learn about local resources, health services, and ways to stay healthy! This is a great opportunity to connect with organizations in our community that are here to support you and your family.

Summit students and local public!

We’ve had questions and requests about doing our Mighty Kids class again.

We’re happy to do it, it’s a great program!
Please DM us if you’d like more information and we will see what we can do!

Our class is developed by a martial arts instructor 🥋and a physical therapist. We understand the importance of strength 💪and coordination during child 🧒 👧 development as well as introducing the basics of martial arts kicking and punching 🥊 , self control and respecting others.

We also know how to have fun! 🎉🎉🥳

Learn lots, earn stripes, get belts and have fun! It’s basically what we do in Mighty Kids. 🎉💪🥋🥳

This would be for kids ages 3-5.

And by the time they would finish the program they would be about ready to test for their yellow belt in “big kid” class when the time comes.
