Meet Katie 💛

Hi! I’m Katie, and I’m honored to be one of the first faces or voices you’ll encounter when you reach out to Restore. My hope is that from the moment you connect with us, you feel safe, supported, and truly seen.

My background is in victim advocacy, where I supported survivors of violent crime through crisis response and navigating the legal system. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University with a focus on trauma. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel empowered in their healing—especially those whose experiences are often overlooked or misunderstood.

I was drawn to Restore not only for its holistic and inclusive approach to pelvic floor therapy, but also because I’ve walked a similar journey myself. I know how vulnerable it can feel to seek help for chronic pain, sexual health concerns, or trauma-related challenges—and how powerful it is to find care that meets you with dignity, knowledge, and compassion.

Outside of work, I’m a creative spirit. I run a photography business, write poetry, and love drawing, painting, reading, or recharging at home with my partner and our three quirky cats. I’m also a lifelong advocate for equity, affirmation, and belonging—in every space, including here at Restore.

When you walk through our doors, I’ll likely be one of the first people you meet. Whether I’m welcoming you in, helping you get settled, or simply offering a warm hello—I’m so glad you’re here. You deserve to feel cared for. ✨

✨Meet Kat ✨
I’ve known I wanted to be a physical therapist since 4th grade—and I never changed my mind 💛
Growing up as a competitive cheerleader, I was fascinated by the impact PT had on my teammates. That passion led me to earn my undergrad (in just 3 years!) and doctorate from Mount St. Joseph University, along with my Herman & Wallace Pelvic Function Certification. I’m currently training to sit for my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification because I’m always striving to grow in this specialty.
During clinicals, I found myself drawn to the settings many people shy away from—like pelvic floor therapy. It’s intimate, vulnerable work, but the impact it can have on someone’s function, confidence, and quality of life is incredible. It still blows my mind how overlooked pelvic health is for both men and women.
There’s nothing more meaningful to me than helping someone experience a breakthrough, find relief, or regain trust in their body. I’m my patients’ biggest cheerleader, and I want every person I work with to feel safe, heard, and fully supported—especially if past PT experiences left them feeling dismissed.
I first met Becca in an elective she taught at MSJ and later shadowed her at Restore. I remember thinking, This would be my dream job. So when she emailed about an opening, I responded immediately—and the rest is history.
Indiana born, West Side at heart. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me with my grandparents and family, cheering on my younger brother Logan, or spending time with my fiancé (we met in jazz band at MSJ!) who’s studying to be a respiratory therapist at NKU.
Grateful to be doing exactly what 4th-grade me dreamed of ✨

✨ Meet Dr. Deepa Kalliath, PT, DPT, OCS ✨

Hearing a patient say they’re feeling better—or finally getting their quality of life back—is my absolute favorite part of what I do. After more than 25 years as a physical therapist, my passion for this work has never faded.

Experiencing the life-changing impact of pelvic floor physical therapy firsthand is what drives me to help as many people as possible.

My approach to care is holistic, compassionate, evidence-based, and always tailored to the individual. I prioritize truly listening to my patients and drawing on my diverse background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, certified yoga practitioner, and pelvic floor specialist.
Originally from India, I earned my B.S. and M.S. in Physical Therapy from the University of Mumbai and later completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the U.S. I’ve taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate PT programs, treated patients across the globe, and value bringing cultural awareness into every session—so every patient feels safe, heard, and supported.

I’m passionate about advancing our field through research and mentorship and currently serve as an Honorary Research Fellow, studying injury prevention and biomechanics in Indian classical dance (a passion I personally practice!).

Outside the clinic, I’m a proud wife, mom of two college-going kids, and dog lover. I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures and foods, dancing, staying active, and spending time with family.
💜 I’m passionate about all things pelvic floor—and providing care that helps patients feel seen, heard, loved, and empowered.

✨ Meet the Admin behind the scenes at Restore ✨

Hi! I’m Sarah!

When you reach out to Restore, chances are I’ll be one of your first points of contact! I keep things running smoothly while making sure you feel supported from day one 💛

While I’m not a physical therapist, I’m incredibly passionate about pelvic floor physical therapy. Having lived with chronic pain myself, I know firsthand how life-changing skilled pelvic floor care can be—and I can confidently say our therapists are truly exceptional.
Before joining Restore, I worked in pregnancy care and advocacy roles supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Walking alongside people during hard seasons and helping them find hope has always been close to my heart.

Outside of work, you’ll find me with my husband and our two kids—usually reading a good book or soaking up time outdoors 🌿📚
I can’t wait to connect with you soon! 💫

✨ We’re jumping on this trend and introducing our amazing team—starting with the heart behind so much of what we do. Meet Becca! ✨

Becca is passionate about all things pelvic floor and providing care that helps patients feel seen, heard, loved, and empowered. She’s been working in pelvic health since 2018 and cares for women, men, and those within the LGBTQIA+ community with a wide range of diagnoses.

She’s one of the few physical therapists in Ohio with a PRPC from the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is also a Certified Endometriosis Physical Therapist on iCareBetter. 🙌

Manually trained and rooted in a biopsychosocial approach, Becca’s skillset includes cupping, integrative dry needling, muscle energy techniques, visceral mobilization, myofascial release, and more.
What really sets her apart? She’s lived it. Becca has personally experienced pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic pain—so she truly understands how life-altering it can be and how hard it is to find a provider who gets it. Her goal is to be both your provider and your partner in building sustainable, functional wellness. 💛
When she’s not doing all-things-pelvic-floor, you’ll find her on her hobby farm, gardening, reading, and soaking up time with her husband and three daughters. 🌱📚👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

🎉 October 25th marked Restore Center’s 2nd birthday! 🥳

Thinking back to those early days — everything felt new, exciting, and just a little bit scary as we poured our hearts into building something special.
In just two short years, we’ve grown from Becca and Sarah to a team of three amazing therapists, a fantastic Patient Care Coordinator, and an outstanding Administrator. 💙

We’re beyond grateful for how far Restore has come — and for each of you who make it possible. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our vision, our growth, and our dream. 💫
