Mulberry Creek was named one of America’s Best Nursing Homes 2026, and we celebrated new leadership at Bland Nursing & Rehab and The Brian Center of Fincastle. Across all centers, teams enjoyed staff appreciation events, holiday activities, and meaningful moments with residents.

Did you see Maple Grove Nursing & Rehab in the Lebanon Christmas parade on Monday? We handed out hot chocolate at the center to those in the parade and on the sidewalk and candy and glow sticks from the van. We even had a special guest Frosty the Snowman! 💙🤍❄️

We had some special guests on Friday at our Maple Grove Nursing & Rehab Holiday Bazaar. Affinity Elite Hospice had some volunteers stop by and surprise our residents and staff. They had fun playing tricks on staff and putting on a show for the residents!

Last week we recognized our veterans here at Maple Grove Nursing & Rehab. Angels Home Care and Hospice came by to help us celebrate and brought some Lou Lou's ice cream for the residents as well! Thank you to all our veterans for your courage and sacrifices!
