This Banana Bread is perfectly sweet, moist, and full of flavor, and enjoyable plain, with chopped walnuts, or even chocolate chips!

Ingredients:

½ Cup Queen Honey Orange Blossom Honey
1/3 Cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
¾ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
½ Cup Quick-Cooking Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 Cup Mashed Ripe Banana
½ Cup chopped Walnuts or Chocolate Chips (Add only if you wish too)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F

Use Crisco to coat a clean mixing bowl

Use a 9x5x3-inch loaf pans, lightly coated with Crisco

Cream honey and butter in a large bowl with an electric mixer until fluffy

Add Vanilla to the mixture

Add eggs to the mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition

Combine dry Ingredients in a small bowl; add to honey mixture alternating with the bananas, blend well

Stir in walnuts (if you wish too)

Spoon batter into greased loaf pan

Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean

Remove from Loaf Pan and let cool on a wire rack

There is nothing better than French Toast on a weekend morning. Compliment this delicious meal with fresh fruit, bacon, and a drizzle of honey from Queen Honey!

Ingredients:

2 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
¼ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Queen Honey Alfalfa or North Dakota Sweet Clover Honey
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon
6 – 8 Slices of Bread
Butter

Directions:

Combine eggs, milk, honey, salt and cinnamon. Blend together.

Dip bread into mixture and fry in butter coated frying pan until golden brown

Enjoy with maple syrup or honey drizzled over your French Toast! Serves 4-6.
