Many serious health conditions don’t cause symptoms right away. That’s why annual blood work is such an important part of preventive care. Routine labs can reveal early signs of heart disease, diabetes, kidney issues, and more, often before you feel anything is wrong. Reviewing these results with a primary care provider helps catch small changes early, when they’re easier to manage. This week, we proudly recognize and thank the incredible CRNAs who are true heroes within our Surgery Department at Spring View Hospital. 🩺💙

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists play a vital role in every surgical case, providing safe, expert anesthesia care before, during, and after surgery. Their advanced training, clinical expertise, and calm presence help ensure our patients are comfortable, closely monitored, and cared for at the highest level throughout their surgical experience.

We are deeply grateful for the dedication and professionalism of our outstanding CRNAs:

Today, we were proud to host one of our many Nurse Practitioner Luncheons planned for 2026. Our luncheon today focused on advancing care for patients living with chronic pain and migraine disorders. 💙

We extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Adam Montgomery, Anesthesiologist, who provided valuable education on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic back and neck pain, myofascial pain, and occipital neuralgia. Dr. Montgomery also shared insight into advanced interventional treatment options, including CESI, LESI, TESI, stellate ganglion blocks, lumbar sympathetic blocks, trigger point injections, and occipital nerve blocks—highlighting how these therapies can improve quality of life for our patients.

We are equally grateful to Stefanie Spalding, APRN, who spoke on migraine disorders, sharing important statistics and educating attendees on the efficacy of Botox as a treatment option for chronic migraines. Stefanie also discussed hyperbaric oxygen therapy and its role in comprehensive patient care.

We are thankful for leaders like Dr. Montgomery and Stefanie Spalding who are committed to education, collaboration, and bringing the latest evidence-based treatments to our region. Together, we continue to strengthen care close to home and remain dedicated to being here for our community—every step of the way.
