Allworth Veterans’ Home is already changing the perception of Veterans' Homes across the nation. Organized around the idea of an intentional community or neighborhood, this new veterans' home will offer residents a way to maximize normal living environments and routines, provides autonomy, a sense of community, and quality of life. The communities consist of three houses per neighborhood and each

house will accommodate up to 14 residents. The houses are accessible and adaptive, designed for ease of movement and features open kitchens, dining areas where family style meals are served, a living room with a fire place, private bedrooms and baths. The Campus will provide space for 154 individuals who require long-term skilled nursing care as well as rehabilitation services in a true home-like setting with routine activities and social interaction that decreases social isolation. The Home sits on 12 acres adjacent to the Samaritan Health Sciences Campus in Lebanon.

Last but certainly not least, we are excited to welcome back Ginny's Pastries food truck who will be at our Spring Fling event bright and early tomorrow morning (Saturday, April 25th) to serve up some delicious breakfast pastries, breakfast sandwiches, treats, and lunch specials! Tomorrow is the day! Our spots for our Classic Car Cruise in are FULL! This Cruise In was RSVP only so if you missed out on a spot this year you may note that our Annual Spring Fling event is always scheduled for the 4th Saturday of April and our Recreation Department starts working on this event several months prior. We are so grateful for all those who are attending tomorrow and look forward to a sun-shiny, fun time!

Event shirts will be for sale at our Annual Spring Fling event this coming Saturday, April 25th from 1000-1400! We will have youth sizes and unisex sizes available from adult Small to 5XL. If sizes are out of stock at the event, you can still order! Pay at the event, give us your contact info, and we will contact you when the last order comes in for pick up at the Oregon Veterans' Home. You won't want to miss out on these!

We will have some awesome event t-shirts available for purchase at our Annual Spring Fling event on Saturday, April 25th from 1000-1400! Some youth sizes will be available as well as unisex adult sizes ranging from small to 5XL. If your size is not available by the time you come by the booth to purchase, that's ok! You can still order by letting our volunteer know your size, pre-paying, and giving us your contact info. When the orders arrive, you will be contacted to pick up your event shirt at the Oregon Veterans' Home in Lebanon. *T-shirt sales are CASH ONLY*

T-Minus 5 days and COUNTING until our Annual Spring Fling event on Saturday, April 25th from 1000-1400 here at the Oregon Veterans' Home of Lebanon! We cannot wait to see all of your happy faces enjoying the day with our Veteran Residents. This year we are partnering with Adair Living History to bring you a Military History related theme.

Please make sure to follow our page and check for updates on the event including vendor information, raffles, displays and MORE! (The event page for this event got some spam posts, so updates will now be posted on our official page).
