Where would YOU take this sports chair from our Creative Mobility Division?

It features a "tucked and caged" anti-tip weldment. This design keeps the overall length of the chair at a minimum while still providing rear and diagonal stability.

Check out this TiLite CMD 3 all-terrain chair! The tucked front allows it to maneuver left-to-right faster because the caster wheels are placed away from the center of gravity. There's also plenty of forward stability when going downhill or leaning forward to do activities like gardening.

Joey recently received a Permobil F5 Corpus VS standing chair thanks to the Permobil Foundation. We love that this chair gives him an opportunity to give back to the community that gave him so much!

"As a 10-year-old, I had dreams of being the next professional baseball, football, or whatever sports player there was. After an accident, I was so blessed by coaches, teachers, and community members that rallied around me and made sure to keep me involved in sports. Now as an adult and volunteer assistant coach, being able to stand up safely and confidently with the high school student athletes, look to them at eye level, physically involve myself with one arm, and converse with the head coach and referees during time outs, has made my world, and hopefully those I share the gym/field/arena with, a beautiful one.

The greatest gift I could ask for is not to stand, but rather to stand tall… and be gracious to those who allowed me to do that. Thank you for everything you do. Your help is priceless."

We had a chance to visit University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program Immersion Lab at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus as part of their education day on complex rehabilitation technology. DPT students learned about power and manual wheelchairs, with topics such as standing, alternative drive controls, and manual wheelchair skills. Thank you for having us and !
