Just because it feels true doesn’t mean it is true.
In recovery, emotions can be loud—but truth is steady.
Pause. Breathe. Check the facts. Reach out for support.
You are not your feelings. You are stronger than this moment.

✨ The Who ✨

Shayla’s Lighthouse is a long-term women’s recovery housing program owned and operated by Lane Change.

We serve women who are in recovery or seeking recovery, committed to real life change, and willing to accept guidance, structure, and accountability. Some women may be deferred to our program as an alternative to incarceration.

Our long-term program is built on recovery principles, peer support, service to others, and strong personal responsibility—while intentionally grounding every step in Biblical truth and the teachings of Jesus. Women are taught self-discipline, accountability, and how to build a firm foundation for lasting transformation.

Through Lane Change, residents receive recovery support, peer services, and connection to community resources.

Lane Change has always believed recovery happens in community — and now that community is expanding.🙌🏼

🎳❤️Recovery looks like this. ❤️🎳

Laughter. Connection. High-fives. Second chances.

Tonight we hit the lanes for our Recovery Bowling Night — and it was about so much more than strikes and spares. 🎳 It was about community. It was about showing up. It was about choosing connection over isolation.❤️

Recovery isn’t just meetings and appointments…
It’s building a life you don’t want to escape from. 🙌🏼

We are so proud of every single person who showed up tonight. You are proof that fun and freedom can exist in sobriety.

If you’re looking for support, community, or just a safe place to belong — we’re here. You don’t have to do this alone.

Weekends don’t ruin recovery.
Lack of a plan does.

Failing to plan is planning to fail — so pause, prepare, and protect your peace this weekend.
Reach out. Stay connected. You’re not alone. 💪🏼

Behind every conversation, every cup of coffee, and every step forward in recovery is a real person who cares deeply. Our staff shows up daily with compassion, honesty, faith, and hope—meeting people exactly where they are.

Recovery doesn’t happen alone, and neither does this work. 🤍
We’re grateful for a team that truly believes change IS possible!!🙌🏼

Loving difficult people isn’t about being perfect—it’s about choosing grace when it’s hard.
May we extend that same grace to others… and to ourselves. 🙏
Grace changes everything.❤️

This past winter storm reminded us of something important about recovery.🌨️❄️

Storms don’t ask permission before they arrive. They disrupt routines, create discomfort, and force us to slow down. Recovery can feel the same way. Some seasons are calm… and some feel like white-knuckle moments where you’re just trying to stay upright.

But weathering a storm isn’t about pretending it isn’t hard. It’s about preparing, staying connected, and not traveling alone. We stock up before a storm. We check on our people. We stay off the roads when it’s unsafe.

Recovery works the same way.

If you’re in a storm right now—emotionally, mentally, or spiritually—you’re not failing. You’re weathering. And storms always pass.

Reach out. Stay connected. Help is here. 🤍
