Had a great time at my mortuary school reunion in Chicago over the weekend. Great memories and great friends. The building pictured is where our classrooms were. Interesting fact….This building, which used to be Maine Township HS in Des Plaines, was used to film many scenes in The Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.

Today I did a burial at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. A beautiful day at a beautiful cemetery. It reminds me of what this weekend is about. Stay safe and remember our veterans who fought for our freedom.
