HIV HCV Resource Center

HIV HCV Resource Center We offer case management services to people living with HIV, prevention/education information, syringe services, and HIV and Hepatitis C testing.

We serve folks in Orange & Windsor Counties in VT and Grafton & Sullivan Counties in NH. We've been around for almost 30 years; most people know us by our old name, A Community Resource Network (ACoRN). In 2011 we changed our name to better reflect what we do.

This April, in honor of STI Awareness Month, take some time to learn about sexually transmitted infections (STIs)—and how to prevent them and take care of your sexual health.

Today is World Aids Day.

What is World Aids Day? World AIDS Day, observed annually on December 1, is a global health day dedicated to raising awareness about HIV/AIDS, showing support for people living with HIV, and commemorating those who have died from the virus. Established in 1988, it remains an important opportunity to fight stigma, improve education, and advocate for sustained political and financial commitment to end the epidemic.

From the World Health Organization (WHO) This year World Aids Day's theme is: "Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response"

"On 1 December WHO joins partners and communities to commemorate World AIDS Day 2025, under the theme "Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response", calling for sustained political leadership, international cooperation, and human-rights-centred approaches to end AIDS by 2030.

After decades of progress, the HIV response stands at a crossroads. Life-saving services are being disrupted, and many communities face heightened risks and vulnerabilities. Yet amid these challenges, hope endures in the determination, resilience, and innovation of communities who strive to end AIDS."
