I am super excited to be joining this AMAZING group of Wellness Practitioners on Nov. 1st!!

Hello! Do you need to gather some light before it starts to get dark (literally, clocks go back Nov 2nd)?

reGROWth Wellness is offering a full day of wellness, just in time to bolster up before the clocks change!

Saturday, November 1st, from 8am to 5pm, we are hosting:

Jennifer Densmore from Hands to Heart Healing (https://hands2hearthealing.com/) who will speak about (and demonstrate) Zero Balancing;
Nicole Carriere's amazing yoga class (https://www.facebook.com/nicolecarriereyoga/);
Melodie Swanson from The Experience (https://www.theexperience-nh.com/about) to talk about and demonstrate Vibroacoustic Therapy;
Jeffrey Charles Warren's cleansing Sound Bath (https://jeffreycharleswarren.com/); and
Kristin Eastman from Kalahari Crystals (https://www.kalaharicrystals.com/about) sharing her gorgeous crystals (which will be for sale) and also speaking on Manifestation.

We will provide light refreshments, lunch will be on your own.

In addition to these amazing speakers there will be an Essential Oil bar (add on fee), 15 minute massages (add on fee), and crystals (for sale) during our breaks and lunch.

I am beginning a new Journey! After 3 years I will once again be working at Dartmouth Hitchcock - this time in the Pain Clinic. And I am soo EXCITED!!! But don’t you worry… The Experience Studio isn’t going anywhere! The studio is open Monday’s and Saturday’s and by appt in the evenings after 5pm, so if you are looking for Reiki or Vibroacoustic Therapy, DM me. 2025 has been such an amazing year of growth for me… I simply can’t wait to see how the year ends.
