Banana Berry Smoothie:
1/2 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries (or a mix)
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk, non-fat milk, or fortified soy milk
1/2 cup 100% orange juice (or substitute more milk for a creamier texture)
