For our last Women to Watch in 2026, we are highlighting the wonderful Sierra Kohl, Community Health Coordinator for Lebanon Family Health Services! 🎉
We asked her how she balances work, life, and personal growth. She said, "I prioritize intentional time management by making productive use of downtime, such as listening to podcasts or audiobooks while driving. I rely on structured planning, reminders (alarms,emails,etc.) recurring meetings, and group workouts and plans with friends and family to maintain consistency. My approach emphasizes reducing friction, keeping a progress over perfection mindset, and incorporating habit stacking to streamline routines. I set weekly goals, conduct regular reflections, utilize a daily habit tracker and practice positive self talk, while also seeking guidance from mentors. I follow the five minute rule—addressing any task that takes less than five minutes immediately—and I automate processes whenever possible to create additional mental and operational efficiency."
