Last week was my 5th time running (and walking) the Shamrock Shuffle. What a great day to see all the members participate and awesome job to the Lebanon Rec department for all their hard work every year!!
Looking forward to 2027, who’s coming!!

It’s that time of year again! Shamrock ☘️ Shuffle time! This will be my 5th year. This is the only 5K that I commit to every year. I am definitely not a runner (I walk a little run a little) but I love seeing FBBC and the community get all dressed up in green and come together. Also happy to see that my work is one of the supporters.

Well that's a wrap! Just less than 5 years ago I passed my baton over to Christina and she kept my zumba family (and routines) alive. Today was the official last weekly class and I'm so glad I got to be a part of it.

It was so great to see some of my members who have been with me since 2011 talking about memories and their children who are now applying to collage or already there and I still think they are 10.

Thank you for all the support over all these years and showing up week after week even after I passed it on. ❤️❤️❤️
