🎃 Mischief on Meridian! 🎃

Our team had such a wonderful time connecting with families at this year’s Mischief on Meridian event, (thank you The Heart of Lebanon!)

It’s always great to get to share what we do — from chiropractic care with Cooper Family and Pediatric Chiropractic - Lebanon Office, and functional medicine with Nicci Wilhoite, FNP Restorative Women's Health, to our upcoming Hot Yoga Studio — in a setting that’s all about community, fun, and fall spirit. 🍁

A huge thank-you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hi (and maybe snag some candy 😉). We loved seeing all the creative costumes and smiling faces! 💜

✨ Studio Update ✨

We haven't posted in a while, but honestly, I was hoping we wouldn't have to make this post.

As most of you know, we had planned to open our hot yoga studio over Labor Day weekend, but as with any big journey, sometimes the path takes a few unexpected turns. Because our studio is located in a historic building, there have been some extra steps and approvals required to make sure everything is up to code and ready for you.

We’re truly sorry for the delay, but we promise it’s for good reason.
~ And believe me, I'm just as sad as you guys are about it! ~

BUT, every step ensures that when our doors open, you’ll be stepping into a safe, beautiful, and fully prepared space designed to support your practice. While the process has taken longer than anticipated, we’re so grateful to be building something truly special in such a unique space. 🙏

Thank you for your patience and excitement—it means the world to us! We’ll keep you updated as we move closer to our grand opening, and we can’t wait to welcome you into the heat soon. 🔥🧘‍♀️

We’re thrilled to officially announce the location of our new yoga and wellness studio — and an exciting partnership that makes this space even more special.

✨ We’re proud to be sharing our space with the highly respected Cooper Family and Pediatric Chiropractic

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Rachel Wilkins, DC, to the Root to Rise community. Dr. Rachel specializes in pediatric and prenatal care, while also serving as a full family chiropractor. Her experienced team offers compassionate care for all ages and accepts most major medical insurance, including Medicaid.

The studio isn’t open yet. There’s no music, no movement, just quiet — and honestly, it’s beautiful in a way. 🌿

Every time I walk in, I can feel what’s coming.
Not just classes or poses, but a place to land. A place to exhale. 🕊️

That’s what I want this space to be.
Somewhere you can come exactly as you are — tired, hopeful, uncertain, strong — and just be.
Room to move, breathe, and maybe leave a little bit of the weight behind. 🧘‍♀️💛

When the time comes, come in and bring whatever you’re holding.
