Michele Stens is a dedicated and compassionate massage therapist with a deep passion for helping others achieve holistic well-being. After spending 27 years in the Public Safety sector, Michele discovered an interest in the healing arts and pursued a second career as a Massage Therapist. Michele attended formal training in massage therapy at Withlacoochee Technical College and graduated with honors in March of 2023. Michele specializes in several massage modalities including Swedish massage, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, combination of heated and chilled stone massage, pregnancy pre and post natal massage, and stone dancing massage. Michele's commitment to continuous learning led her to attend additional continuing education courses to include Intro to Reflexology, Arthrossage, Pregnancy and Stone Dancing.
