Michele's Cloud 9 Massage I work at two different locations. I offer mobile as well. In her free time, Michele enjoys crafting, hiking, traveling, cruising and watching hockey.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays I work at Ultimo Spa in Inverness, On Wednesdays and Fridays I work in Lecanto at a private suite. Michele Stens is a dedicated and compassionate massage therapist with a deep passion for helping others achieve holistic well-being. After spending 27 years in the Public Safety sector, Michele discovered an interest in the healing arts and pursued a second career as a Massage Therapist. Michele attended formal training in massage therapy at Withlacoochee Technical College and graduated with honors in March of 2023. Michele specializes in several massage modalities including Swedish massage, hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, combination of heated and chilled stone massage, pregnancy pre and post natal massage, and stone dancing massage. Michele's commitment to continuous learning led her to attend additional continuing education courses to include Intro to Reflexology, Arthrossage, Pregnancy and Stone Dancing. •Prenatal massage is a specialized therapy for pregnant women using gentle techniques, specific positioning (side-lying with pillows), and light pressure to relieve pregnancy discomforts like back pain, swelling, and stress, focusing on areas like hips, legs, and shoulders, while avoiding deep pressure points on the abdomen or other sensitive areas.
•It’s performed by specially trained therapists to ensure the safety and comfort of both mother and baby, promoting relaxation, better circulation, and mood improvement.
•Key Features
Positioning: Instead of lying on the stomach, expectant mothers lie on their side or semi-reclined, supported by pillows or bolsters to protect the belly and major blood vessels.
•Techniques: Uses gentle Swedish massage strokes, kneading, and specific focus on areas like the lower back, hips, neck, and legs where tension builds.
