Cala Hills Endodontics is looking to fill a position for a Experienced Dental Assistant. The position requires some travel, as the right applicant should be able to work between ALL three of our offices. Consisting of Ocala, The Villages, and Lecanto. Candidates should be experienced in chairside dental assisting within a fast paced, multi-associate, multi-office practice. The right candidate should be knowledgeable in patient x-rays, temporary fillings, setting up and break down of patient rooms, sterilization and above all assisting all doctors chairside with efficiency, along with exceptional organization skills and speed. We offer 401k, health insurance, paid holidays, as well as paid vacations. Cala Hills Endodontics has a opening for a full time Certified Dental Assistant at our Lecanto office. The right candidate should have experience as a chairside dental assistant. The optimal candidate will have a positive, cheery disposition with exceptional communication and organizing skills. Tasks will inc. guiding patients to the back, setup and breakdown of operatories, sterilization, stocking, chairside assisting multiple doctors throughout the day. The candidate must be a team player! We offer health, life and optical insurance. A family dentistry day each year. We also offer 401k with employer profit sharing. Other benefits include yearly reviews as well as paid vacation. This position will require Monday's tuesday's and some friday's in our Lecanto office as well as Wed and Thurs at our Ocala office.
