🌟 Resident Spotlight: Miss Marilyn 🌟
This week we are honored to shine the spotlight on our sweet and faithful Miss Marilyn.
Originally from Steubenville, Ohio, Marilyn’s story is one rooted in love, devotion, and strong family values. In the 1960s, she met and married the love of her life, her late husband Charlie. Together they built a beautiful life and raised three wonderful daughters in Orlando, Florida.
For 25 years, Marilyn faithfully served as a secretary at a family-owned business, demonstrating dedication, loyalty, and a strong work ethic. But beyond her professional life, Marilyn’s greatest joy has always been her role as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
One of Marilyn’s lifelong passions is singing. For decades, she lifted her voice in her church choir, sharing her love for music and worship. To this day, she still enjoys singing, especially gospel quartets, and you can see her light up when the music starts. 🎶
She also enjoys games and puzzles, keeping her mind active and engaged. Most importantly, Marilyn’s Christian faith is the foundation of her life. It guides her, strengthens her, and remains a defining part of who she is.
Marilyn loves reminiscing about her late husband and her children, and her eyes sparkle when she shares stories of her family. Her love for them is unwavering and evident in every conversation.
