To Our Patient Family

As of today, Monday May 11, I am returning to work. My hygiene department has not returned yet. We are implementing new policies and procedures that require your participation.
Please take the following procedures seriously and know that we are opening and operating under state regulations. This is not only for the safety of my staff but also for your safety.

You must have a scheduled appointment before entering the building.
We will be health screening on all phone calls.
We will be asking that you wait in your call and an assistant will come out and take your temperature and ask more health questions.
Only patients will be allowed in the office. If the patient is a minor or needs special assistance, the caregiver will have to answer questions and have their temperature checked before entering the building.
ALL patients must wear a mask.
Sanitize hands upon entering and exiting the building.

We are in the process of rescheduling all appointments. Please be patient, you will receive a phone call.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we implement these new policies and procedures.
