Join us this weekend for our annual Winter Solstice Celebration Circle with Sound Healing and Reiki ✨

We will reflect on how the past year served us; what worked, what did not work so well, where can we improve and be better in our lives, and what do we want to plan and put into action for next year? We will look at astrology, numerology, and play with cards and crystals :)

Then we will get down onto our mats into a nice relaxing restorative pose for Sound Healing and Reiki Energy Healing :)

Join us Saturday, December 21st at 6pm for our Winter Solstice Circle with Yoga Nidra!

This is the perfect time of the year to reflect on how this past year has been for us, and what we would like to create for the next year. We will look at the current astrological transits and work with numerology. We will also play with some cards and crystals.

Then we will get down on our mats and get super comfortable for a Yoga Nidra session! Yoga means Union, and Nidra means Sleep. Of course you aren't really sleeping in Yoga Nidra, you are super aware, but the body is in super relaxation and restoration mode. Yoga Nidra may help with anxiety, insomnia, concentration, tension, pain, and so many other things!

Plus, eveyone who attends will receive a K&P Holistic goodie bag! BONUS!
