My approach focuses on functional strength, mobility, posture, and balance—the things that support everyday life, prevent injury, and help you move with ease and independence. This page is a space for:

Spring Session begins at the end of March! Mon and Thur 5:30 pm (adjusted form 4:30 listed on image) and we just opened a Monday 1:30 spot also.

You can join for one or two days per week. 11-week session. Just $100 2x a week or $50 for 1x per week. Space is limited intentionally.

You won't find this workout anywhere else! It's a circuit but slower and more intentional. Safety and Adjustments are abundant.

I just ordered a stack of used books (one new) for my 2026 study, learn and grow!

They come highly recommended for my work ahead. I chose the word "CLAIM" for 2026, and this is just part of doing just that. I am not winging it- I AM claiming it!

It’s Wisdom Wednesday and I have a message for you!

Your strength isn’t in doing it all. It’s in doing the NEXT thing. One thing at a time. One breath. One move. Your future self is built in moments not marathons.

This week I was reminded of the power of simple wisdom. Someone said my words - “one thing at a time” -helped them to feel grounded again. Sometimes we forget that strength starts small.

Today choose one thing that brings you back into your body, back into your power, back into you.

🌿Tonight in the studio, something quiet and powerful happened. Let me feeling speechless.

One of my private clients brought her daughter to class again, and after we wrapped up, her daughter shared that something I said last week really stayed with her.

Just a simple reminder:
“One thing at a time.”

She told me it resonated deep.
Then her mom added that after that class, her daughter slept almost all night — something that hasn’t happened in a long time.

No names. No details. Just a reminder of why this work matters:

Movement isn’t only about the workout.

It’s about nervous systems settling.
It’s about having a space where you can breathe without being rushed.
It’s about showing up with whatever you’re carrying — and letting your body lead you back to steadiness.

If you’re ever wondering whether small steps matter… they do.
If you’re in a tough season… you’re not alone.
And if you’re trying to rebuild… you’re already doing more than you think.

In this space, we move forward one thing at a time.

And sometimes, that’s enough to change a night… or a life.

Let’s talk eating plans.

We all have one currently — whether it’s intentional or not — so my question to you is, “Is it actually working?”

Here are a few power questions to check yourself before you wreck your results:

1️⃣ Do I feel energized or exhausted after most meals?
Your food should fuel you, not flatten you.

2️⃣ Am I eating with intention or just reacting to cravings + convenience?
If your plan is “whatever’s closest,” that’s not a plan — that’s survival mode.

3️⃣ Is my current way of eating helping me move toward my goals… or keeping me stuck?
Comfort isn’t the same as progress.

4️⃣ Am I eating enough real food to support my body — or just enough to get by?
Your metabolism knows the truth.

5️⃣ Do I feel in control… or does food feel like it’s calling the shots?
If it’s running the show, it’s time to rewrite the script.

I don’t just talk- I have walked the road, I have fell in the ditches over and over in one long stupor after another. Addiction is addiction and when we eat foods that make us bloat like in those before photos- its up to us to find the solution.

I dont bloat anymore. I have a new plan. Am I perfect- nope. But I can say that now I feel in control of it, make adjustments as needed and still place a big focus on the moment. Never going back!!!
