I got a meditation drum for Christmas, and asked my friend Jeska — a talented musician — if we could play around with a meditation session… and she said YES! 🙌🎵

We’ll explore sound, rhythm, breath, and community vibes together.
We also have fun rattles and instruments for you to use! 🪘🎶
