Join us Saturday, Dec 13th, for a FREE Health and Wellness Event to connect and celebrate your pregnancy journey. This event is open to enrolled and unenrolled Veterans, National Guard, reserve service members in any drilling status, and active duty service members.

A light lunch will be provided. Come enjoy the support, resources, and community at our Community Baby Shower!

When you have pain, you naturally protect your body by restricting activity and seeking medical help. But over time, if the pain lasts, you may become trapped in a vicious cycle of muscle loss, avoidance, loss of normal function, and negative feelings. You don’t have to suffer – reach out to your VA provider or learn more about how to manage chronic pain.

The Active Management of Pain (AMP) program at VA Central Western Massachusetts Healthcare System Veterans learn skills to manage pain and live more fully. Led by Dr. Jennifer Brown, Ph.D., Pain Psychologist, and Dr. Kat Emet, DPT, Pain Physical Therapist, AMP combines behavioral pain management and physical therapy principles in a supportive small-group setting.
