Rev those engines and shine up those classics — Cruising the Creek Bank Car Show is back for its 10th Annual Car Show!

This crowd-favorite event is part of the Leeds Creek Bank Festival on Saturday, May 16, at Leeds Memorial Park.

From timeless classics and muscle cars to modern showpieces, you’ll find rows of incredible vehicles and plenty of horsepower on display. Whether you’re entering a vehicle or just coming to admire the rides, this is always one of the highlights of the festival!

❤️ Even better — proceeds benefit local charities Backpack Buddies and Leeds Outreach, helping support families right here in our community.

This week at the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce Luncheon, we welcomed Randell Pickering as our speaker!

Randell’s message, “Success in a Small Town,” was a powerful reminder that success isn’t about location—it’s about relationships. He encouraged us to look around the room and recognize the many successful people right here in our own community.

His key takeaways:
✔️ Build authentic relationships
✔️ Show up consistently
✔️ Listen to your customers
✔️ Be flexible and willing to adapt
✔️ Leverage both community connections and digital tools

One of the most meaningful moments was his reminder to “go back to the altar”—to remember why we started, what we value, and how those foundations shape our success today.

In a growing community like Leeds, opportunities are everywhere—and as Randell shared, small towns are becoming big opportunities for those willing to invest in people and relationships.
