So, how'd everyone do with spring turkey? Not too much success around here. Hubby out almost every day, but had rain most days, so hunting season really crappy. Well, PA Spring turkey season is in full force here, and haven't heard much successful hunting going on! Have been selling a LOT of my wormy curly maple pocket slates, and I am down now to a handful. (1 grey & 4 red), so if you're thinking of getting one better get it now, because I don't think there will be any more. Box calls are all gone, and some variety of strikers are sold out, so what I have is what you get!! My Ebay listings are up to date, but if you find something you like on the site, just give me a call and we'll get you all set up. I don't take credit cards on line, but I do take Paypal.

Well, tomorrow is the first day of Spring and that means Spring Gobbler Season is just around the corner. I lose track of the southern states' seasons, but I know it's soon. Been selling a whole bunch of the curly wormy maple pocket slates, and a lot of strikers, which I think is wonderful!! Keep it up! LOL! This will probably be the last year for the business. Only have 2 box calls left, and there won't be anymore. Have taken down the website, because they increased the cost by 300%! So you can call me or buy from my Ebay site. (you'll save some money if you call me!!)) I am always willing to sell out of the house too, so if you are in Western PA, give me a call and stop in and "play". I hope everyone that hunts has a prosperous season as well as a safe one. If you do happen to get a bird with one of my calls, take a picture of the bird with the call, send a little write up, and I'll post is on this site. Keep safe & Good Hunting!

WOW!! I didn't realize how long it's been since I really chatted!. So, I guess since it's a new year, it's time I let you know what's going on.
I am still selling turkey calls, but it may be my last year. Going to try to get the stock sold off a little more. I still sell on line, and by phone, and on Ebay. I would rather sell by phone, because I can give you a better deal. But will sell any way I can' I still encourage people to come to the house and "play". Just remember, I don't take credit cards via phone or in person, but I do take money orders, personal checks with phone number, and on line however you want. I have slate calls, lots of strikers, but only 2 box calls left. Whatever I have is what I will sell. Not making anything new. Just getting too old. LOL. Anybody want to buy a turkey call business?
Well, this has been a long winter. Got 2 does in archery, but was sick the entire muzzle season. Hubby about the same. Went out 1 day in muzzle season, hubby did a drive, and didn't see a thing!!
Having health issues and surgery for knee is tomorrow, so good thoughts out there to all going thru the tough times, and keep buying. I appreciate ALL the customers and repeat customers I've had over the years. I;ll let you know when the end will be. Good Hunting, & stay warm. Wendy
