Yoga Class Registration is now live!

Feb. 28 class will be less than an hour and only $12.
All of March's Saturday classes will be an hour and cost $15

Follow the link and sign up for each class you plan to attend.
If you're not tech savvy, let me know what Saturdays you want to register for and I can do it for you.

Restorative bodywork that utilizes deep tissue massage and neuromuscular techniques along with trigger point therapy, cupping, stretches, and gua sha as needed releasing tight muscles.
