Yoga Classes are planned for Saturdays starting Feb. 28 and every Saturday in March.

This Yoga class is a slep flow, meaning the focus is on breath, connecting with breath in each pose, and slowtransitions from one post to the next.

All are welcome to attend.
Please note, time will be spent on the floor and often a class will include some variation of Sun Salutation.
