💓Fascia Remodeling💓

I had the pleasure of having another body worker on my table last week. She has taken Level 1 & 2 of workshops. She has had multiple surgeries to the abdomen area and has core instability- fibrotic tissue in lower abdomen to pelvis, the lower back/sacral area/hips are tight, shoulders are uneven....
