I broke my foot three weeks ago. While impatiently healing, I’ve noticed how much I’ve missed doing the things I love. Throwing discs for Lucca and even walking around with my fiancée, Amanda, immediately became difficult and frustrating. I’m getting adjusted regularly and fueling my body to ensure everything is healing to its best ability. I’m super excited to get back out there!

Pronouns aren’t a preference — they can save lives. ⁠The Trevor Project’s new research on mental health found that 42% of LGBTQ+ youth seriously considered attempting su***de in the past year, yet those who had their pronouns respected by all the people they live with attempted su***de at half the rate of those who did not have their pronouns affirmed.

I promote falling deeply and madly in love with yourself. In fact, it’s my favorite thing to watch.
It is my goal for you to never feel shamed about your size, gender (or lack of one), sexual orientation, race, culture, religion (or lack of one), ect. It’s as much my home as it is yours!

With weather warming up, a lot of us are starting to head outside during our free time. It’s important to give our bodies the space to warm back up to avoid injury as we start doing the fun spring/summer time activities that we love.

This weekend, I’m heading out to Pleasant Hill, MO for a Skyhoundz Disc Dog Competition with Lucca. I’ll share how I’m warming up my shoulders and wrists for a short game of disc.
