During Art Expressions Club, our residents got creative with a Royals themed project, bringing out the spirit, and plenty of hometown pride. It was a small way to celebrate the season and cheer on our team together!

Happy National Social Workers Month to our very own Alicia Richardson! 💙

Alicia is truly the heart behind so much of what we do. She continuously supports our families after move-in, providing education, guidance, and compassion during one of life’s most challenging transitions. Her ability to walk alongside families with empathy and strength does not go unnoticed.

We are also so excited to celebrate a special moment in her personal life—Alicia has recently welcomed two beautiful bundles of joy into her family! Welcome Kodak and Amelia! 🍼✨

We are beyond excited to have these two sweet additions join the Silverado family.

This month our Associate of the Month goes to Brandon! 🎉

Brandon is one of our incredible caregivers who consistently goes above and beyond for our residents. He takes the time to truly get to know each resident—their habits, their preferences, and even their dislikes—so he can provide the best care possible.

Not only is he dedicated to our residents, but he’s also an amazing team member who supports staff across all departments. Brandon is always willing to lend a helping hand with a smile on his face, no matter the circumstance.
