Master the kettlebell sn**ch with this simple 3-step hip drive progression.

If the sn**ch has ever felt awkward, heavy, or sketchy on your shoulder… it’s usually not an arm problem.

It’s a hip drive problem.

This is the exact progression I use with clients here at FVT Warrior Wellness in Lee’s Summit:

1. Low one-arm swings
2. Cleans
3. High pulls
→ then finish with the full sn**ch

Each step demands a little more hip pop.

That teaches your body how much power to generate so the bell floats up smooth and crisp… instead of yanking on your shoulder.

Strong hips = smooth sn**ches.
Smooth sn**ches = healthy shoulders.

Now Hiring: Trainer/Coach @ FVT Warrior Wellness

FVT is growing—and we’re looking for a part-time trainer/coach to join our team!

If you or someone you know wants to make a difference and build a meaningful career in health and fitness, this could be the perfect fit.

Certification with a nationally accredited organization and/or a degree in a related field is highly preferred. Prior coaching experience highly preferred. Experience working with men and women over 40, kettlebells, and basic barbell lifts is a big plus.

What we’re looking for:

– Passion for health and fitness
– Positive attitude
– High energy
– Outgoing personality
– Personally fit and active
– Comfortable leading groups
– Punctual, professional, reliable
– Available early mornings, nights, and/or weekends
– Growth mindset and willingness to learn

11-Minute Kettlebell Finisher: 30-20-10 🔥

This is how you finish a workout without wrecking your joints or overtraining.

Set a 60-second interval for each movement:

• 30 sec moderate pace
• 20 sec hard
• 10 sec all-out

Alternate between:

• Kettlebell Swings
– Dead-stop swings
– Two-hand swings
– One-arm swings

• Push-Ups

– Hand-release
– Controlled tempo
– Max reps

Rest a full 60 seconds between rounds.
Complete 3 total rounds.

Serious conditioning and fat loss in under 15 minutes — perfect if you’re training after 40 and still want to feel athletic!
