Your kettlebell swing shouldn’t be a front raise.

If it is… you’re using your arms way too much—and that’s a fast track to shoulder pain.

Try this instead (simple fix):

Use the towel swing drill

• Bell droops = arms

• Bell floats = hips

• Hips = power

• Arms = just along for the ride

This is one of the quickest ways to clean up your swing and actually feel it where you’re supposed to—glutes, not shoulders.

Give it 5 minutes a day and you’ll notice a difference fast.
