Kettlebell Core Stability Finisher: Straddle Twists + Dead Bugs
Today we’re hitting a simple, brutally effective core combo we use with clients in the studio:
Straddle KB Twists — brace hard, rotate through the midsection, and keep the bell under full control
Dead Bugs — build real-deal stability, anti-extension strength, and clean coordination
3 sets of 10 per side with minimal rest. Your core will know it worked.
