Autism is identified in nearly 1 in 31 children in the United States. This neurodevelopmental condition can affect children in a variety of ways including how they communicate, play and behave.

Formal Autism screenings begin early at children's annual well-checks. If you are noticing delays in your child, we would love to begin a conversation to discuss further screening.

Autism is a complex complex neurodevelopmental condition that varies widely in how it affects children. It is increasingly linked to genetics, but there is no single reason why children and adults are autistic. Individualized plans, often involving a combination of developmental, behavioral, educ...

"There are so many good things I appreciate about Dr. John. I've been going to him for several years now, after needing a new MD. Word is out about how amazing he is so it will take some time to get in to see him, but it will be so worth it! He takes the time to listen to any issues I have, takes my concerns seriously, and explains things in a way I understand. He never makes me feel rushed or that he's in a hurry to get to the next patient. He's very kind, considerate, and great bedside manners. Thank you Dr. John for taking care of us!"

Whether that means physically resting to restore your body’s energy or mentally resting to refuel your brain, remember the importance of taking a moment for yourself.

Flu season. Ready or not, it is here.

Usually running from fall to the end of spring. Adults and children should ideally receive their flu shots in the fall to be properly protected, but the flu spreads quickly, often during the winter.

Flu symptoms include: a sudden fever, chills, headache, body aches, sore throat, dry couch and a stuffy/runny nose. With rest and proper hydration, most will fight the flu off within a few days.

However, if symptoms are not improving please call our office.
