Have fall allergies or a cold? Ragweed is high in Kansas City and will continue until our first freeze. So, while many are affected by the allergen, don’t rule out a cold that may require taking it easy on your body.

What’s the difference?

Colds usually resolve in a few days, where allergies can continue for weeks, or even months. In addition, a cold is likely to give you body aches, a low fever and even thicker mucus where allergies will not.
