I want to start using this page more to create resources for people curious about themselves. As we step into a week of seeing family and others often times this comes with a mixed variety of feelings. I thought I would post this article on narcissistic abuse, and waste to see triangulation within those around you. I’m excited to share that all sessions will now be held at my new office location:

We’ve moved into the big blue dome building on 291 – you can’t miss it! This new space is designed to be warm, welcoming, and comfortable, and I can’t wait for you to see it. Beginning immediately, all future appointments will take place here.

Thank you for being a valued client and for continuing this journey with me. I’m truly looking forward to welcoming you into the new office. You will just come in and have a seat in the lobby and I will be able to get you.

This is the perfect picture of what therapy is . People come in and quickly want to fix all of the pain in the hurt of decades of trauma and historical . Therapy is a slow cooker doing it too fast can really fry your brain.  I have immediate daytime availability if you’re looking to start your journey of transformation. It’s not for the fight heart in fact it’s for the incredibly brave.

🔥 Today I witnessed the most powerful visual metaphor…

Two dishes.

One was completely burnt in just an hour at 480°.
The other? Perfectly cooked — after three hours at 150°.

And it hit me:

Real growth — whether personal, professional, or spiritual — isn’t about speed.
It’s about strategy, consistency, and patience.

We live in a world obsessed with urgency — with overnight success, fast results, and instant everything.
But the truth is, all the best things in life… take time. ❤️🙏🏼

So if your path feels slow, don’t be discouraged.
Maybe — just maybe — you're slow-cooking something extraordinary on a low flame.

Keep going. Your masterpiece is in the making. 🍲✨
