Exciting Changes from Your Fitness Partners!

With the beginning of the Spring season comes new things. What better way to start off with some exciting news for our valued clients! There has been a change in ownership for Bodies Health and Fitness. Jesse Thomas, Chris Piedimonte, and Thomas Sbisa are now partnering together to bring you a new look at fitness and community!

Brad and Jen still have a love for fitness and will continue to be a supportive role in the gym through the race company. With the abundant growth of the race company across the states they decided it was best to step out of the gym side of Bodies to focus on the races and continue to create a positive impact in the race community. They could not leave the gym without knowing it was in capable hands. The three of us have decided to take over ownership of the gym and continue their mission of health and wellness in the community and to add value to the fitness services while taking the gym to higher levels of community success and involvement.

It is our pleasure to present the new face of wellness…Active Strength Co.! This new beginning took place officially on March 1st and it is our take on a fresh new start and a new look on fitness. New name, new look, new motto...now we need YOU to bring your determination so we can help you accomplish your goals! Our mission is to provide fun, friendly, yet challenging training services which ACTIVATES you and the community. We want this to be a great community atmosphere, so we need you to come ready to work and have a great time. Our goal is to help each of our members get one step closer to their fitness goals and have fun while doing so.
