If you feel passionate about helping kids, supporting their emotional wellbeing, or working with children, this training is for you. And the best part? You do NOT have to be a yoga instructor to attend.

We only offer this Kids Yoga Teacher Training once a year, and it’s an incredible opportunity to learn how to bring yoga, mindfulness, and emotional regulation tools to the kids in your life or community.

Our kids need these tools now more than ever. This training will give you the confidence, activities, and structure to teach kids yoga for all ages in a way that is fun, engaging, and meaningful.

This training is perfect for:
• Yoga teachers
• School teachers
• Parents
• Therapists or counselors
• Anyone who works with or cares deeply about kids
