Liv Life Wellness/Health Spa 18 yrs ago we had the same goal as we do now, progress to be pain free & live better lives!

I have held a passion for helping others from a very young age..we only get one life, one body, and one mind, of course until modern science proves me otherwise... 😉 sooo it is our responsibility to do everything possible not to take it for granted. Use all resources and knowledge to aid those around us to feel their best also! Lets use nutrition, physical fitness/strength/flexibility, hydration, tissue heath, energy flow, more holistic/medicinal options, improved circulation to boost our immunity & age more gracefully...as "they" say...It takes a village 😁✌🏽
