Dear CAPS families,

We are pleased to announce that Pfizer Covid-19 Vaccine for ages 12 years and older is now available in our office.

We also continue administering Moderna vaccine for ages 18 years and older. We are proud to say we have administered 100 doses of Moderna vaccine as of today.

Information about the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine including name, manufacturer, type of vaccine, number of shots, how it is given, and links to ingredient information.
