Happy Mo🌕nday, loves! Here I am sneaking in a snack between Facial clients. I'm so blessed to be able to do what I love and I hope you all feel that during your appointments.

And for the record - I ALWAYS include the neck & decollete in every facial treatment. It is never extra or left out. What you do to your face, you should always carry down to your neck & chest. This delicate skin needs love too. 🧖🏼‍♀️💆🏼‍♀️

Millennial parents were the bedroom kids.
We shut the door.
We blasted our music.
We escaped into movies and CDs —
just trying to find a little peace and space to breathe.

Now we’re the living room parents.
With living room kids.
Kids who never want to be alone —
who follow us from room to room,
who want to snuggle on the couch,
who talk through every meal,
who want to be where we are.

It’s wild when you think about it —
the generation that needed space
is raising a generation that just wants connection.

Maybe that’s what healing looks like.
We’re raising kids who don’t need to hide to feel safe.
Who feel at home right in the middle of the noise.☕💕
