Beloved Easy Day Yoga Sangha,
As we arrive at the final moments of 2025, I find myself pausing, reflecting, and feeling an overwhelming sense of gratitude for you—our students, our teachers, our community.
There’s no denying that 2025 was a challenging year. Economically, emotionally, collectively—it asked a lot of all of us. And yet, once again, we came together. Because when life gets hard, our sangha remembers the value of presence, breath, movement, and mindfulness. You showed up to your mat not because it was easy, but because it was necessary.
Together, we kept the doors of Easy Day Yoga open—not just as a physical space in Ashburn and Leesburg, but as a refuge. A place for healing, connection, and conscious gathering. A place where inner work matters. A place where community carries us when we cannot do it alone.
Because of you, Easy Day Yoga continues to be a conscious sangha—one rooted in care, resilience, and intention. And for that, I am deeply thankful.
As we say goodbye to 2025 and step into 2026, my hope is simple and heartfelt:
That we dedicate even more time to coming back to our mats.
That we recommit to the inner work.
That we continue choosing awareness over autopilot, connection over isolation, and compassion over fear.
And if you’ve drifted away from your practice—know this: you are always welcome back. Let 2026 be a year of yoga, meditation, self-discovery, and gentle return. A year where we each become a small beacon of light and hope—within ourselves, and for our greater community here in Ashburn and Leesburg.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for believing in the power of practice, especially when it matters most. I look forward to continuing this path with you in 2026.
With love, gratitude, and deep respect,
Be at ease,
Azi Tavasoli
