This Thanksgiving holiday our office has partnered with Tree of Life Ministry to assist and provide food and meals for local families within our community. We are accepting donations of the items listed in the photos from now through November 21.

Please bring any donations by during any office hours. We will have a collections box near the front desk. We will also set a small box outside our door, which you can drop items off anonymously if you would prefer.

We will be raffling off three (3) wellness gift baskets to show our THANKS for our wonderful patients who donate. For each donated item received, you will receive one raffle entry. There are no entry limits, so please donate as much and often as you would like. Winners will be announced December 4.
