So....the numbers are moving forward. While setting up a remote place gym .....I had to deadlift! 5 plates + bar = 595 for 12 reps cold in street clothes.

Had to start light this week to get the blood flowing. So 5 days of AM and PM rowing along with moving 2.5 tons of river rock by hand will help ready me the nastiness that is to come! I am whipped......but I feel soooooo good and anxious to start heavy training again!!!

W0W....it has been a while. New stuff s**t starts on Monday.....new food....new training.....and new attitude! Stay tuned....you will not be disappointed! Last Friday condition test....circus dumbbell Is 125Ibs. And 3" grip.....good starting point. Things will improve!

This page will start to be more active. Finally got my numbers climbing again....just under 1100 pounds ...squat,dead,bench. We had 1 guy hit 1350 this morning at our second location. Jacobs ladder/tire flips is killing everyone....heart rate numbers are insane.

Ok....new year...new routine!! AM, PM training. The Jacobs Ladder, squats and deads done! Can't wait until the 4:30 round.

So it has been a while!!! In addition too the big 3 (deads, squats, bench)Last week was the start of an all new training venue.

Burpees/push up/ overhead press with a 100 lb log.

Reverse scissor planks with a 80lb log
