For Black History Month our Fun Travel Experience carries us to Tanzania. Tanzania is a West African country known for its vast wilderness areas, incredible wildlife safaris, features Serengetiā€™s "Big Five" and the Great Migration, alongside Africaā€™s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro.
Rosemary Kirima, one of our Nurses here at LCHR, is from Kenya which borders Tanzania. Rosemary was our guest speaker and shared the heritage and culture of Tanzania.

Our first annual Sweet Heart Social was a success. The crowning of our first King & Queen, food, music, and engagement with the families and staff all contributed to this memorable and joyous event.
