Mr. Dan's Mighty Adventure, A Place To Be's latest SEL school-touring show, is currently being piloted for local Pre-K and Kindergarten classes here in Loudoun County!

This lively performance invites little ones into a colorful world where helping others is at the heart of every story. Along the way, kids meet unforgettable friends like Adventure Trunk and Martian Martian, who inspire conversations on greeting new faces, listening closely, staying focused, following directions, and caring for their feelings and emotions. With catchy songs and interactive moments that get everyone up and moving, each show bursts with laughter, learning, and a sense of adventure.

Yesterday’s Give Choose fundraising campaign for community nonprofits raised a record $1.11 million.

A Place To Be would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who gave yesterday as part of the Community Foundation for Loudoun and Northern Fauquier Counties Give Choose Day of Giving! A Place To Be raised $44,385, thanks to your contributions!

These funds will secure A Place To Be's mission to share music therapy, performance and the expressive arts therapies throughout the coming year, and continue to share the joy of belonging with our community.

This year's Give Choose campaign saw a total of $1,117,539 gifted to Loudoun and Fauquier County organizations. We are grateful to call such a supportive community home! Thank you for supporting A Place To Be!
