Department of Health Inspection has been penciled in for 11/14/25. I called and asked to be expedited, since I've been waiting so long.

Many thanks to a few good massage therapists in the Florida Massage Group that gave me contact info that actually got me to people that know what they are doing!

I have all the proper info to the Board of Massage to send out the Department of Health inspector .. Unfortunately, they give a 7-15 day window .. I asked if I could possibly get expedited due to noone contacting me at all since I paid for the address change on 10/21/25 .. 🤞

[11/5/25 UPDATE]

City of Leesburg is supposed to be coming tomorrow for their inspection.

Department of Health was contacted today, but the inspector was out in the field, I gave them all my information so hopefully they can look into why I haven't had my inspection yet. If the Board of Massage Therapy doesn't push the information to them, and they are super far behind cuz they are all volunteers, then they will not send out an inspector. 🤞

[NEW OFFICE UPDATE]

No news from the City of Leesburg after sending in a picture of the building space I moved into for the 3rd time last Friday.

Called the Department of Health and was told it could be 7-30 days until I can get an inspection. :(

Maybe it's not as bad as I thought .. But I'm working on it!

Anyone know anything about WordPress? I've been using Elemetor to edit the page for years, but it doesn't give me the option to use it anymore. ACK!

Update on inspections:

City of Leesburg emailed me and said I didn't specify the fire extinguisher and exit sign in my drawing of the leased space. Thankfully, Chris in the Build Department said he'd write it in on the drawing and resubmit! :)

I have submitted the permit to the City of Leesburg and a Change of Address for the Department of Health. I haven't heard from either one yet .. Check back for updates! :)

Trying to paint my new location. Does anyone know anything about interior decorating? Mainly picking out paint colors at the moment .. Or know of anybody that wants to swap their skills for massage? Need someone ASAP! 🙏
