Thrilled to announce that today marks the beginning of my EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training right here in Arlington, VA! 🎉 This is a skill I've been eager to learn and integrate into my practice for so much of my career, and the opportunity has finally arrived. I'm incredibly excited to expand my therapeutic toolbox and offer this powerful approach to support my clients on their healing journeys. Looking forward to a week of learning and growth!
