Grace and peace beautiful people!!! We have to get out of the habit of eating just for taste…. It’s so many other things we need to consider when picking what we will eat!!! Like what vital nutrients are needed to sustain ourselves… we really have to grow up and stop picking things that only fill our bellies but not help and absorb on a cellular level for maximum health in mind and body!!!!
